Appointments

1. All appointments require a valid credit card to secure the appointment. A $25 deposit is required for all Med Spa appointments. This deposit will be credited towards the appointment charge.


2. You will be asked to complete an intake form at your first appointment so please arrive 10 minutes early. You may be asked to complete a consent to treatment form for specific services.


3. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will either be rescheduled or shortened so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. You will still be charged for the full appointment.

Cancellation
We are understanding of unexpected events that can cause you to miss your appointment. We ask for and appreciate 24 hours’ notice to cancel and reschedule an appointment. You will receive a text before the 24 hour mark so you have the opportunity to cancel/reschedule without a cancellation fee.


Please note that for “no call/no shows” or “appointments cancelled” with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $25 deposit will not be refunded.
There is an exception for severe weather. If the office closes due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be called to reschedule, and a fee will not be assessed.
